about us
As soulmates and partners for life, we love working with people, paying special attention to the unique blend of body and spirit.

Our life is conducted in the true spirit of

Tantra

. We mentor and teach

Tantra

and combine this amazing, unique concept of life into our therapy. Tantra brought peace of mind, harmony and strength into our life.

With time, we have gained experience and success stories, doing process work with those who experience various difficulties in Interpersonal communication, Sexual harassment, Sexual closure, disassociation with one's feminine side or lack in Love and touch during early life. We established through our being, our own unique way, which yields outstanding, powerful and quick results, even where other professionals have given up. Our work is based on our set of principles, that enable us a basis of self assurance and fear-less conduct, wrapped with Love, acceptance and non-judgment. In our safe and secure workplace, in a Loving, sensitive caring environment, people can connect with the beauty of life and reach substantially higher levels and even quantum leaps. Following long years (sometimes decades) of a tough reality, they reach new and exciting places.

We are firm believers in the outstanding combination of direct and sensitive interaction with a lot of physical touch and experiencing.

We sincerely believe in the power of love to change and affect.
Many years have gone by before we joined into this amazing love which binds us together.
Years of experiencing, learning and travelling the various life paths, enabled us to adjoin our unique couple connection as a whole, emotionaly independent person. The internal compass that guides our daily life is a model of Win/Win and synergy, in which one plus one equals three, four, ten and even more. Keeping such a model in a couple's life or any other inter-relationship, requires a never ending effort, a different level of communication, a high level of empathy and sometimes - a lot of courage.

Each of us turned into the hollistic caretaking arena from different perspectives, different background and walked a different path. Still, that same love of human beings which guides us along the way, forms a solid, wide and sturdy basis. We both come from realistic occupations. Efrat has been now, for many years, a CPA, while Ben is a Ph.D. in Life Sciences and an expert in Bioinformatics. The paths which lead us into our alternative areas of occupation strolled through different views. Efrat studied the

Grinberg methodology

(that is - foot sole based diagnosis and interactive guidance via a combination of conversation, feedabck and physical touch). Ben teaches and lives according to Dr' Steven Covey's

7 habits of highly effective people,

which is a holistic approach to all aspects of human endeavors, guiding people on how to live a whole, effective and fulfilling life of self actualization.

Along our common walk into the social/spiritual world, we collaborated with many professionals with whom we maintain close contacts of mutual benefit and inspiration. We gained great knowledge and experience and contributed much from our own knowledge, attitudes and experiences.

mission statement

Amazing concepts, methods and experiences which evolved some 5000 years ago into an attitude which includes in its principles all aspects of life. Tantra is not a religion, but a science, an attitude and a set of principles, interwoven together in a web, accompanied with hundreds of various techniques which evolved throughout the years into meditations, breathing, working with our body and our sexuality.

7 habits

"Seven habits of highly effective people" is an approach compiled by Dr. Stephen Covey, a Mormon leader from Utah, professor at the Brigham University. It has been published in a book bearing this title. The book is a leading title in the reading lists of Business Management schools and forms the basis to Stephen's "Seven Habits" course.

The approach teaches us how to develop a personal leadership and a public one, based on the understanding of paradigms and how they assist in effective processes. This is a holistic approach, with many spiritual and social applications, but speaks mainly to mind and reason, thus its appeal to so many people. We may safely say that this is a life changing approach.

There are two main groups of habits. The first three deal with developing of personal leadership, while the next three, deal with developing of public leadership.
The seventh habit is of self development and consistency, private and public as well.

The unique in this approach, is the inside-out paradigm. The change, says Stephen, begins from within, quoting “Whenever you think the problem is out there – you are the problem”. Personal leadership as a life building motto.

The book explains and instructs, how to establish a proactive character, with emotional independence, which is based on principle as a life center. How to see the end in advance – meaning – understand that you are the creator and the director of your life's movie, and plan this movie ahead of time, to run according to your will and principles. The third habit provides deep insights accompanied by powerful tools, to establishing priorities and time management. It seems that most of us fail "big time" when it comes to setting the right priorities (even the old, the CEOs and key persons among us) and our time management is based on old and long begone concepts.

The public habits, assist us with a change of paradigm when it comes to interpersonal relationship - Starting with the deep principle based insights of acquiring a Win/Win approach, through establishing of a better, empathic communication among people, ending with creating relationships of synergy with our surroundings, where we understand, that genuine cooperation creates a situation where each of our contributions, provides a lot more together, than the sum of them all. One plus one equals three and four and five and ten...

Stephen's seven habits approach was a primary key which helped me in creating a major revolution in my life, and is still today a major tool for us, both in our private life and in working with others.

The Grinberg Method

Grinberg Method teaches a person to identify life-interfering situations and stop them.
The method is based on techniques of touch, movement, breathing, concentration and play to create attention to our body and teach people to use their body to improve their quality of life, cease symptoms and realize their potential.
Most of us express ourselves in a constant manner. Every activity we take – mental or emotional behavior – finds its physical expression.

We acquire habits which, throughout our life span, become patterns and behavioral automata. These patterns become an inseparable part of our personality and body, they limit our body and form an affixed condition which generates pain, tension or discomfort. Take for example one, who pulls his shoulders back when under tension or pressure. On one hand, this pattern does service. It provides him with a motivated, authoritative look and gives him a feeling of protecting his private domain. On the other hand, the tension and effort of pulling shoulders creates repeating habitual backaches, accompanied with a crumpled neck – a well known condition in his being.

Grinberg method instructor enables one to create a process of personal investigation. In this learning process, one accepts responsibility for his life and body, which brings about a major improvement in quality of life, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

The process begins with a conversation while carrying out a diagnosis of the foot sole. The diagnosis is based on the principle by which our feet mirror the way one “walks” through the paths of life. Reading the soles unites between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects from a holistic standpoint.

The process continues with identifying the connection between behavioral patterns and physical symptoms. One learns to identify through awareness, when is a pattern expressed and in advanced stages, to control the patterns and conduct based on free choices.
